What is MOPS? MOPS stands for Mothers of Preschoolers. MOPS International exists to meet the needs of every mom - urban, suburban and rural moms, stay-at-home and working moms, teen, single and married moms - moms with different lifestyles who all share a similar desire to be the very best moms they can be! MOPS recognizes that the years from infancy through kindergarten are foundational in a mother-child relationship and are filled with unique needs. What Does Mesilla Park MOPS Offer? Mesilla Park MOPS strives to meet the needs of Las Cruces moms each meeting through food, friendship, fun creative activities and games, playgroups, and by presenting information and speakers on subjects of motherhood and childrearing important to moms of preschool-aged children. Why Do I Have to Register? Registering guarantees you a spot in the group, as well as membership benefits and perks. To find out more, click on the Registration link at the top of the page. What About My Kids? While you recharge your "mommy batteries," your child(ren) will enjoy outside play, games, stories and crafts, and snacks with devoted childcare workers in the parallel program called MOPPETS. | Click on the MOPPETS Link at the top of the page to find out more about this great program, the teacher to child ratio, and guidelines. |

| Testimonials
"MOPS seriously changed my life. I was desperate to have a group of friends who shared the same trials, dreams, and elations. I wanted to talk to other moms, get their advice and just have grown up conversation. MOPS offers all that and so much more. I'm not a perfect mom, but the women I meet in MOPS make me feel better about the mom I am, and inspire me and give me the strength and support to be the mom I want to be." "What MOPS has provided for me… is a welcome break; a chance to make new friends; the opportunity to know I'm not the only mom who goes through the struggles and joys of raising young children…"
